3rd film post- Megan

Ctrl, Alt, Del.

I like the titling off this film as I think it's very clever the way that the titling is linked into the basis of the story. The writing is titled written on a computer which is a clever way to start the story as it's semantic code on screen giving the audience an idea of what the story is about.

costume
The narrative of this short film is spoken by the main character so we can get a better idea of who he is a person, his personal life and his school life. We can tell by his costume that he is considered a nerd- glasses, spotty, un-trendy clothes- and also by his attitude- being a computer nerd. We can also tell he isn't very popular from the beginning of the film when he states he has one friend and we can see people giving him weird looks in the background.

We can see the stereotypical binary positions in this film in a genre based around a school- a teen movie- popular girls against unpopular boys which is the basis of most films with this genre.
