Rejected Ideas

A list of any ideas that have been rejected at this stage and why

• We had the idea of, rather than Ethan dying, to have Faith die instead. This idea was rejected because of our target demographic, who we asked many questions to. The feedback to the killing of Faith was very negative as the audience said that it would be to sad. It also became apparent that the audience don't want the bond between Faith and the spectator to break.
• Another rejected idea was making Ethan deaf and/or mute so they would connect over their disabilities however this seemed to cliché as a short film.
