Synopsis of our short film

Boy's name: Ethan

Inspiration for Ethan's appearance.

Girl's name: Faith

We took ideas from shows we had watched such as
'Pretty Little Liars' to get an understanding of
how to appear realistically blind. We used most
methods other than the sunglasses prop.

Inspiration for Faith's appearance.

1. Ethan continuously sees Faith - who is known for being a lonely blind girl - being bullied. The bullying consists of her bag being stolen, books knocked from her hands, etc.
2. Ethan - who is unwillingly with the group of bullies - steps in and attempts to stop them. He then helps Faith pick up her things and goes to give her things back, but she doesn't take them. Though, it is clear that a connection can be established between the two.
3. Ethan suddenly realises Faith is blind.
4. Ethan sees Faith around and decides to talk to her one day. The couple properly introduce themselves.
5. A friendship begins to develop with a number of scenes showing them going out together.
6. The two begin to hang around together and Faith is bullied less because Ethan is with her. Whereas, Ethan is bullied by his friends for hanging around with somebody like Faith.
7. They go to different locations, where the spectator begins to want a relationship to form between the two. Places below show where they will go -

• Town 

8. The two learn more about each other; Faith has 10% vision. This is where the climax of their relationship comes into tact, and the relationship is really 'egged on' by the spectator.
9. They grow closer, but they don't quite form a relationship.

It has been decided by our target audience that Ethan shall be the character to get hit by a bus.
